As a duskbreaker with control over both light and darkness, you venture into an imposing black tower that has risen from the ashes of the wastes.

Duskbreak is a retro-inspired arcade game that focuses on maneuvering and timing skills. Choose two powerful abilities to start with and start scaling this seemingly endless tower!

HOW TO PLAY

✦ Begin by choosing two abilities; one light-based, and one dark-based.

✦ Control your knight by pressing the corresponding key to change directions. No need to hold down buttons in order to move.

✦ Start your climb!

✦ Do note that for every kill milestone reached, you are granted a chance to change one of your abilities ~

CONTROLS

• A (left) or D (right) to change the knight's direction.
• W or Spacebar to jump to a platform above you.
• S to move down a platform.
• E to unleash your light-based ability. Similarly, press R to unleash your dark-based ability.
• Left mouse click to perform a sword attack.

FIXED SOME MAJOR BUGS! (03/12/2023 5:21pm GMT+8)

• Fixed audio getting quieter as the game progresses.
• Fixed online leaderboard not showing on the executables.
• Fixed register/log-in processes not working properly on the executables.

KNOWN ISSUES

• "About" button does not have any functionality.
• Stutter and lag may happen sometimes.

If the issue persists and you're playing on the browser, consider downloading the program and playing the game there.
